Acceptance of terms

By accessing albatronix.com or engaging Albatronix Consulting Private Limited (“Albatronix”, “we”, “us”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

Albatronix provides talent and growth consulting services including:

• Permanent Staffing — sourcing, screening, and placing full-time engineering and non-technical hires
• Fractional Engineers — embedding part-time or contract engineers within your team
• Growth & Launch — go-to-market strategy, product launch support, and marketing retainers

The specific scope, fees, and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. These Terms of Use apply alongside any such agreement.

Your obligations

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your hiring needs, budget, and timeline
• Treat all candidates and Albatronix team members with professionalism and respect
• Not circumvent our placement process by directly hiring candidates introduced by us outside of an agreed engagement
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage our reputation or infrastructure
• Notify us promptly if your requirements change materially during an active engagement

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, design, logos, and code — is the property of Albatronix Consulting Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website without our prior written consent. Linking to our website is permitted provided it is done in a fair and non-misleading way.

Any materials, reports, or candidate profiles we share with you during an engagement are provided for your internal use only and may not be shared with third parties without our written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement — including candidate details, pricing, and business information.

• We will not share your company’s hiring plans or internal details with other clients
• Candidate profiles shared with you are confidential and for your evaluation only
• Confidentiality obligations survive the end of an engagement for a period of two years

Payments & fees

Our fees are outlined in the proposal or agreement provided before an engagement begins:

• Permanent Staffing — success fee of 8–12% of the placed candidate’s CTC, invoiced on acceptance of an offer
• Fractional Engineers — monthly invoices based on agreed hourly rate and hours worked
• Growth & Launch — project fee or monthly retainer as agreed in writing

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause active work on overdue accounts.

Our 60-day replacement guarantee for permanent placements is valid when the full fee has been paid and applies only to voluntary resignation or termination without cause.

Limitation of liability

Albatronix provides services in good faith based on information provided by you. We are not liable for:

• The subsequent performance, conduct, or suitability of placed candidates beyond our replacement guarantee period
• Business losses arising from a delayed or unsuccessful hire
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our website or services

Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us for that specific engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

• Any fees for work completed to date are due and payable
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• The non-circumvention obligation remains in effect for 12 months regarding candidates introduced during the engagement

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any party that violates these terms or behaves in a manner inconsistent with our values.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or an engagement with Albatronix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first.
